Products:

Our products are produced on a 'one off' basis, and when they are gone they are gone. Occasionally you will see that we re stock very popular items, but as a general rule, once stock sells out, there will be no more produced.

If there is a certain design you would like to see, feel free to contact us on the 'Contact Us' form, or join our Facebook group 'Transport Badges and Merchandise' where you will see details of future design ideas.

 

Packaging:

Our products are shipped in appropriately sized Jiffy Bags for your order, some orders may be mounted to a cardboard backing to keep them from sliding around on top of each other in the envelope. 

Our largest orders are usually sent in a box to ensure the parcel stays rigid throughout transit. These may also be split between 2 or more boxes / Jiffy Bags depending on size, however all of them will ship together in one parcel.

 

Coupon Codes:

Coupon codes are issued as single use codes and can only be used once per customer, unless otherwise stated.

If you are using a 'Free Product' discount code, please ensure the 'Free Product' is also added to your basket before applying the code. The code will then discount this product to 'Free'.

If you are using a money off voucher code including shipping discounts, ensure you apply the discount code once everything is added to your basket.

On all occasions where discount codes are not redeemed at the time of order, unfortunately we are not able to honour the discount or promotion after the order has been placed.

Only one discount code can be used per transaction. Any automatic promotions which are applied supercede any manual discount codes.

 

Delivery:

All items will be dispatched within 3 Working Days of receiving cleared payment, unless there is an announcement stating otherwise (In cases of Holidays).

All items can be shipped Worldwide, with postage calculated at the checkout based on size and weight of your order.

In the UK these are sent using Royal Mail Second Class Post, (Note, this is NOT a tracked service), unless a different shipping method is selected. Usually delivered in 2 - 3 Working Days after posting.

A reminder that Royal Mail do not deliver or collect post after Noon Saturday until Noon on Monday. In the case of a Bank Holiday Monday, the next post is Collected Noon on Tuesday.

After a Bank Holiday weekend, Royal Mail delivery times may be extended by another 2 to 3 working days depending on post volume.

International post is sent using Royal Mail International Standard Post, Usually delivered within 7 Working Days after posting for EU countries, and within 14 Working Days for the Rest Of The World. Any Customs Import charges on the customers side of the border are the responsibility of the customer.

There may be occasions where a different courier service may be used, although estimated delivery time will remain the same, these details will be shown in your shipping confirmation.

If your order is delayed in the post, we will happily look into this for you, however, we cannot proceed with Royal Mail until 10 Working Days after posting, so please do not contact us until this date has past.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Details:

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that we contact customers who have not provided full delivery details when submitting their order, from time to time, these may be missed, or, in the case of Incorrect Addresses, be dispatched to the address provided.

It is the customers responsibility to check that the Delivery/Shipping address entered on the payment page is COMPLETE and CORRECT. As a result, we DO NOT recommend the use of the Google Auto Fill feature, or similar Automatic Form Completion services.

In the event of an Incorrect Address being shown on your order confirmation email, The customer must immediately contact us by reply email to advise of the correct address.

If we do not receive any contact, and the order is dispatched, unfortunately Transport Badges and Merchandise will not be able to replace products that are delivered to the wrong address (if that address is the one provided), and the customer will need to place a new order. 

If the address is Incomplete (e.g missing a house number) and the order is dispatched, it may well be delivered correctly based on other post in the same name passing through the system. However, if it is returned to us by Royal Mail or by the recipient, the customer will be refunded for the order (excluding postage), with the customer being required to place a new order.

 

Customs Import Charges:

Any Import charges made by Customs on the Customers side of the border are the responsibility of the Customer, not of Transport Badges and Merchandise.

 

Returns:

If you are unhappy with your order then please contact us using the 'Contact Us' form, we will aim to reply within 2 Working Days.

If an item is faulty, we will require a picture to evidence the fault, and will need to receive this within 2 months of the date of the order.

We cannot offer a Lifetime guarantee on our badges, as, although they are built to last, they can be broken through use if put on bags and subsequently caught on walls, doors etc. Therefore, any broken badges that are older than 2 months old will not be replaced.

If no picture is provided, unfortunately we will not be able to process a replacement or refund.

If you have changed your mind, you can return the items to us within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date, a returns address will be given in the reply to the 'Contact Us' query. However, return postage for 'Changed Mind' returns will be at the buyers expense. 

If you have purchased a product marked QUALITY REJECT, these are exempt from our refund policy as they are sold at a reduced price because they are of substandard quality.
